On the wedding day, we arrive long before your guests to make sure everything is ready. You’ll see us coordinating with the other vendors so that the event continues to move along smoothly. Our DJ’s are professional, experienced, approachable, and completely open-minded. They have a knack for keeping the dance floor full while catering to the wide range of age groups. The volume is kept at just the right level and music requests are always welcome. Every performance is done with style and class, setting the stage for a magical evening that your guests will fondly remember.

We work very hard with every bride and groom to ensure that their wedding reception turns out exactly as they have envisioned it. We encourage couples to provide us with a list of their “must-have” songs and make sure every little detail is worked out from how to pronounce wedding party members names to the song for the last dance.

When you book us for your wedding, we will provide you with a complimentary wedding planner to fill out that you will return to us at later time. It will help guide us through the ceremony and reception, and will allow you to customize every aspect of your wedding. Meaning, we will do everything exactly as you would like. Our music collection includes most of today’s top wedding favorites and includes more than 100,000 song choices.

What types of events do you normally perform at?

Spin City DJ's OKC specializes in wedding receptions - our forte'. However, we also perform at School Dances & Activities, Proms, Class Reunions, Private Parties and Churches. We have a broad background, the owner has years of experience and several hundred events to his credit.

Do your DJs know the proper etiquette for my specific type of event?

Yes we do! From formal wedding receptions to the non-traditional celebration, we can adjust our presentation to meet your needs. We've performed at wedding receptions in the Oklahoma City Area and understand their own unique styles.

Will you have the music I request?

With a music library of over 170,000 songs, we are able to staisfy most requests. During our personal meeting we gather information needed to research our extensive library for requested songs. This information will be shared wih you before you make a final decision.

How will the DJ/MC dress during my event?

For wedding receptions, we perform in a full tuxedo. Our DJ/MC will be fully dressed, set up and have music playing when your guests first arrive. For events that do not require formal wear, we dress casual to meet the needs of the party. This is one of many the reasons we have a consultation before the party to work out all the arrangements.

Does Spin City DJ's OKC provide a written contract for my event?

Yes we do. Upon receipt of your retainer fee, we lock in your event/date on our calendar. We then provide you with a written contract, which protects both parties who sign. A copy of this contract document will be made available for your review during our face to face consultation.

What types of equipment does Spin City DJ's OKC use?

We use only state-of-the-art, professional grade audio components, designed for reliability and high-quality sound. Names like American Audio, Crown, and Yamaha. We do NOT use vinyl or cassettes. A complete music library is included in all packages/services we offer. In addition, we carry redundant, back up equipment with us to every function. In the unlikely event of equipment failure - the party can continue.

Will we be able to meet with our DJ/MC prior to our event?

Yes, we feel that to best understand and meet your expectations, it is important to meet with you. That is why we plan a minimum of 1 or more face to face meetings with you - to get to know you and understand your needs. You will meet with the actual DJ/MC who will be performing at your event.

What methods of payment do you accept for your services?/h4>

We accept cash, personal and cashiers checks, as well as money orders.

Charlie has been involved in collecting music most of his life. He started Spin City DJ's in 1995 after attending a wedding reception and witnessing a Disc Jockey spinning the music. Putting his knowledge of music and people together Charlie purchased his first DJ system. Since then Charlie has performed at countless wedding receptions, corporate events and parties. His love of people and music accompanies him to every event.
